Products in stock are dispatched within 3–4 days. If an item should be out of stock, you will be notified via email.
Cushions can be handmade to order. Current stock is available from the website and will be sent out within 3-4 days. Cushions that are made to order we aim to deliver within 10 to 15 working days from receipt of order, if the fabric is in stock.
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage. In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.

We recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your receipt along with your contact details.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order, it is important this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, unless this was caused by our negligence.
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you.
