MINIMUMS AND LEAD TIMES
The minimum web order for fabrics is 1m.
All of our fabrics are printed to order and whilst we aim to get them to you within 10-15 working days, this may be 3-4 weeks. For bespoke orders you will be informed of lead time at the time of enquiry. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
We are happy to ship worldwide and we are happy to quote you for overseas shipping.
END USE AND CARE
Please ensure that the fabric you are ordering from us is fit for its intended purpose prior to ordering. Our fabrics are suitable for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings, and light domestic upholstery. We don't recommend that you use them for anything that you would want to machine wash. We recommend dry clean only. There will by the fabric’s nature be some shrinkage when you wash your fabric.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We want you to be happy with everything you order from us, but if by chance you are not please contact us and we will endeavour to help. Because we print to order we do not normally refund fabric orders when they have been printed – unless they are faulty, please request a stock cutting before you order to ensure you are ordering the correct colour.
Please check you have received the correct goods and you are satisfied with them before you pass them on to any third party such as a curtain maker. In the event of the incorrect fabric being dispatched we are only responsible for the sum not exceeding the purchase price of the goods dispatched.
we endeavour to use natural base cloths that are produced here in the UK, by their nature there can sometimes be some variation in shade and weave between batches. Please request a stock cutting if you are in any way unsure. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that colours correspond to our samples, slight variations may occur.
UV light can have an affect on both the natural fibres in our fabric and the inks we use. Direct sunlight is not recommended and lining and interlining is strongly recommended when using our fabrics for curtains and blinds. Colour fastness can vary from print process to print process and colour to colour.Fading caused by sunlight will always occur on all fabrics. We would not recommend putting fabric in direct sunlight, this will cause fabric to fade over time and we cannot be held responsible for this.
Fabrics should be carefully inspected prior to cutting. Whilst every effort is made to inspect each order, errors can be made and damage or creasing may occur in transit. Therefore it is essential that no length be cut until you are satisfied with the fabric in all respects. Any claim must be put in writing within 7 days of receipt of the fabric/trimming.
